[Request] Constrain mouse cursor in windowed mode

Fairly self explanatory, I guess. Would love to be able to play in windowed mode so that I can keep my second monitor active, but this seems practically impossible without restricting mouse movement to allow scrolling at the screen edges. As it stands you'd have to position the cursor very precisely to find the scroll zones.
