    I think the quest rewards are based on the NPC's reaction, which is based on a dice roll with various modifiers.

    It seems the only way to be guaranteed the "good" reward response from Hull an Fuller is to have an 18 charisma character.

    May last playthrough was with a chaotic good character with 17 charisma, and Hull gave me the line about "Gorion wasting his time raising me right"

    Seemed a little off.
