"Conduct List" - Self-Imposed Restriction Tracking

I was looking at NetHack recently, and it struck me that their conduct system was something which could be stolen to make BGEE a little more fun for people who like a challenge.
Basically, the game keeps a bitmap of certain actions -- did you ever eat? did you ever wear armor? -- and, if you win the game without violating any of the many conditions, it reports those conditions as achievements. This is generally stuff people do to challenge themselves, but they may be relatively easier or harder for different classes. Like, a Monk would have an easier time getting the "never wielded a weapon" conduct achievement, while a Thief or Ranger would have a much harder time with that one.
Just off the top of my head, some of these could be interesting:
Pacifist: never directly killed (0% kills, no "toughest monster" on the info screen)
Mano a Mano: never wielded a weapon
True Kensai: never wielded a ranged weapon, wielded only one melee weapon
True Archer: never wielded a melee weapon, only wielded ranged weapons
Teetotaler: never drank a potion
Agnostic: never received divine healing from a temple or a party member, healing from your innate Bhallspawn powers might be okay, potions are fine
Illiterate: this character never read a note or used a scroll
City Slicker: never rested outside an inn
Survivalist: never rested inside an inn
Solo: never accepted a companion
Poverty: never wore or wielded any item
Unlevel: never used the "Level Up" button (!!!)
(Some of these might not be possible.)
Anyway, I think this could increase replay value and give some of the more hard-core fans another thing to brag about, both of which are entertaining prospects.

Baldur's Gate isn't exactly hurting in this category, and there are other improvements that are maybe more salient, but this kind of thing wouldn't bother me, personally.
Achievement unlocked - Killed 5 rats
Achievement unlocked - Finished the prologue
Achievement unlocked - Met elminster
Achievement unlocked - 500g collected
...
nah, I can't see it myself.
That Xbox stuff has nothing to do with what I'm proposing.

... I've added a couple of ideas to the first post.
