    Well this is a fairly decent idea, although there is already a feedback option to do this.

    If by highlight, you mean show the adorner around there feet then yes.

    Otherwise if you highlighted them like lootable containers it would look a bit weird.

    Although you could argue that this is how the average player tends to see them. You could call it "sociopathvision"

    Options -> Gameplay -> Feedback -> Marker Feedback

    They're also displayed while paused.

    When you pause the game all characters on screen are highlighted.
