Autosave and copy note questions

2 questions - when does autosave save a game and if you copy a scroll where does it go? I have copied a few scrolls and can't seem to find where the copy went. I would like to dump the scrolls after copying so they don't take up space in my backpack.

    Autosave will kick in any time you make an area transition that requires your entire party (you get the "you must gather your party before venturing forth" line). The game will also autosave at they very beginning of a new game. Those are the only times I can think of off the top of my head.

    Regarding copying scrolls, I was under the impression they show up in your journal, but I haven't used this feature yet so I'm not sure.

    There are a few other places where the game scripts in an autosave--before you enter the Twisted Rune lair in BG2 for example, and a few other places.

    Scrolls show up in the "USER" section of your journal.

    Unless you're talking about spell scrolls, which end up in the mage book. But I don't think that's what you meant.

    I am not seeing anything in the user section, when I click the button all I get is a blank screen with a cursor.

    Click the arrows near the top to switch between chapters. The note should filed under the chapter you were in when you copied it.
