[Bug] Dialog Clashes (Party Banter Overspeaking Each Other)

This one's really annoying to me. I apologize if its already in the tracker. When folks talk to each other, one will start saying their reply before the other is even finished talking. For example -
Viconia: "You are one of the few among us whom I can respect."
Shar-Teel: "Flattery will get you nowhere."
Awesome! Except Shar-Teel starts saying her piece before Viconia is finished. Not awesome! It kind of ruins the whole banter. Similar problem between Kagain and Xzar. Kagain will mock Xzar but Xzar will cut in before Kagain is done with his line, and they just overtalk each other.
