monitor flashing in menu/maps

Hello, I have problem in the game, in all menus (and little bit also in the game itself) the monitor is flashing in the rows. I tried some changes when right-click on the icon, but it didn´t work. I have older ntb so I can´t have up-to-date drivers. I also found some advice to change st in baldur.ini, but it didn´t help either. I am not an IT and I hope I won´t end with flashing game for 20 dollars O_o
