TobEx function - Modification of Race Restriction.

Hello.
As far as I know, current BG:EE cannot support modder to modify race restriction of each class. I wonder whethere TobEx can be installed on BG:EE or not... If it can, this function would not need to be implemented on BG:EE itself. If it cannot, however, I hope this function, e.g., TobEx provides Clsrcreq.2da table for it, will be supported...
