[Bug] Some notes still equippable as QuickItems

Observed behaviour: the patch notes say that this bug has been fixed, but the three notes from Rasaad's quest ("Dark Moon Note", "Sorrem's Note" and "The Promise") are still equippable as QuickItems.

Expected behaviour: no notes should be equippable.
