[BUG?] Natural movement speed issues

Current Behaviour: When placed in a position that allows the character (in this case Rasaad) to bump into the back of another moving character during pathfinding, the character finds a new path, but at the default movement speed.
Expected Behaviour: When placed in a position that allows the character to bump into the back of another moving character during pathfinding, the character finds a new path at their natural movement speed.
Notes: When s/he bumps into a stationary character, s/he continues at their natural movement speed. This is also true of any terrain obstacle.
