Kensai class doesn't get extra kai at appropriate levels

I'm playing a level 4 kensai. I should've gotten another use of the kai ability last level, but I didn't. I still only have the 1 use that you get at level 1. As this is one of the major pluses of using a kensai over a vanilla fighter, I would really like this to be fixed.
