Durlag's Tower Dungeon L2: Throne Room Empty

Playing on the 2014 Update version of BG:EE

On the 2nd Level Dungeon of Durlag's Tower:
1. Cleared the Bronze, Red, & Silver Dummy Room
2. Cleared Islanne's Room
3. Throne Room opens, but is empty... no Dopplegangers and no Kiel's Helmet

Expected behavior: Doppleganger's in the Throne Room, Kiel's Helmet on the throne

    The same thing happened to me, im stuck at that point, no helm in the throne room

    Used the CLUA command to create Kiel's Helmet. Once I had that, the Dopplegangers appeared and combat ensued.
