[Bug] Prematurely acquiring Bhaal powers

In the Nashkel Mines final area, prior to entering in indoor area where you find Mulahey, I rested and received the first dream and Bhaal power. In chapter 2 I explored both Larswood and Peldvale but did NOT enter Bandit Camp. After leaving the areas and resting I received the second dream and second Bhaal power.

Current behaviour: Dreams happen and Bhaal powers are acquired after entering chapter specific areas, but prior to chapter transition.

Expected behaviour: Dreams and Bhaal powers should not be acquired until resting after chapter transition.

P.S. I have several BG2 Tweaks components installed. Apologies if this has already been reported.

    Is that not correct 1st dream after making it to Naskel with a bit about Gorion and Candlekeep second after Mulaheys death both of which if i remember correctly are chapter transition points.
