Catacombs under Candlekeep

The game runs more and more smooth on my laptop (windows). There is one exception, though. The game run SO SLOWLY when I reach the catacombs underneath Candlekeep. This is the only area I experience this issue, and reload/restart game doesn't help. Every time this area always has this problem.
