When Reforming Party, Screen Moves Across Map (Cannot Stay Centered on Party)

Whenever you reform a party, it seems you can't stay centered on your group. Its like the mouse goes haywire and shoots your screen down until it runs out of room.
I am playing at a somewhat zoomed in level, so I don't know if that's effecting it (though the zoom state doesn't change at all during the party-reform screen, so I kind of doubt it). The minute I go into the party reform screen where I select portraits, it just moves my screen across the area and I have to scroll back to my party when my reform action is complete.
