[Bug] Avengers cannot memorise Chromatic Orb at character creation.

Expected behaviour - Chromatic Orb appears with the list of level 1 spells available for memorisation at character creation.

Current behaviour - Chromatic Orb doesn't appear until in-game.

    The root cause for this I believe is in the fact that they are scripted to learn the spell upon levelup, but I don't know the coding to fix it :-(
