Journal not working after Chapter 4

Quests and Notes have stopped working in my Journal after finishing Chapter 4.

On a Mac with the latest patch.

    Exited the game and re-opened it. The Journal is back working as normal.

    That's not just the Mac version, it often happens in Windows too. Usually the journal can be kick-started just by moving to a different map, without needing to restart the program.

    I thought that was fixed. Does it still happen on Windows with the latest patch?

    Yes. Although maybe not so often.
