HP Exceeding 100 Extends Out of Circle in Character Record Screen

When your HP hits over 100, the number extends over the edge of the circle in the Character Record Screen (doesn't look clean).

Numbers should fit cleanly within circle... circle needs to be larger, or text smaller I suppose...

Is it possible that it's a matter of resolution? I tinkered a bit to have a character with more than 100hp, my resolution being 1600x900.
