Rasaad's Second Conversation Should Give a Journal Entry (Spoiler Within)

It's odd to me that Neera's first and second conversations with CHARNAME grant journal entries, but Rasaad's second conversation does not. He gives quite a bit of information CHARNAME did not have at the time, including speaking of the person who he thinks murdered the monks of the monastery he was sent to investigate. Seems like it warrants recording.
