Is there a way to save/restore your preferred settings with a WeiDU mod?

So, I like to use the Baldur's Gate 2 Tweak Pack (like many do) for a lot of little things. However, every time a new beamdog patch comes out I have to install the tweaks again and make 53 menu selections, again.

Is there a way to save your settings of what you have installed and then re-run the WeiDU installer to automatically install with those settings?
