Switching to windowed mode causes minor mouse problem. (1st)

Switching to windowed mode causes some mouse problems (the pointer is not where it seems to be). This can be demonstrated best by switching to windowed mode and then trying to return to full screen. The pointer is slightly misaligned. My resolution is 1600x900.

Expected: The mouse clicks remain accurate even when switching modes.

    I couldn't reproduce this one at 1600x900 or 1920x1080.

    Nothing to do with the resolution I guess, it seems to be hardware mouse cursor thingy. If I disable it then mouse works fine in windowed mode too.
