APR from Grandmastery and Dual-classing

A quick question, I tried to google but didn't quite find an answer:

Extra APR from proficiency points says "for warriors only". I was planning on making a Kensai and dualling him to a Thief. After dualling and reaching the appropriate level (thus activating the previous class), do I get the "for warriors only" APR bonuses?

    Yes; once you get your fighter class abilities back you also get the warrior-only APR bonuses from specialization.
