How do I change the language?

As I understand, it's possible to play in several different languages for the Windows PC version of BG:EE. I'd like to switch from English to French. I'm probably being stupid, but where is the setting?

    Yep, I was being stupid. I was looking for an option available in-game. I just noticed the pre-game options button.
