The Journal isn't functioning correctly. Is there a fix for this?

I've noticed that somewhere after chapter 1 the journal seems to go out of sequenceand some entries are almost impossible to find. Is there a fix for this?

    It's a well-known issue, @franco, there are lots of problems with the journal getting entries out of sequence, posting entries in the wrong sections, failing to move entries from active to completed, creating new entries about quests which are already finished, and so on. It's a right mess, barely usable, and is the most high-visibility cock-up still remaining (at least in a single-player game).

    I'm sure the devs are working on it urgently, but no, it's not fixed yet. Maybe they'll get it sorted out in the next patch.

    I click on 'copy note/letter' when reading those 'wanted' scrolls and can't find them anywhere in the Journal section. Is this part of the bugs they will (hopefully) fix? I wanted to keep track of how high the bounty on 'my' head went. :)
