[Bug] Rasaad Quest Shar Neophyte Location Resets on Rest

If you convinced the Shar neophytes to help you attack the Shar-worshiping monks in Rasaad's quest, several strange behaviors are observed:
1. Despite the neophytes saying "CHARGE!", they do not charge but rather follow you around.
2. If the party rests on that map, the neophytes reset to their starting location and follow you again after you go to approach them.
[Expected behavior, in order of expectation]
1. The neophytes charge directly into the temple upon saying "CHARGE!" (and are likely slaughtered). This fits the dialogue most closely
*or*
2. The neophytes travel with the party after saying "CHARGE!", regardless of whether the party stops and rests. This makes CHARGE! into a generic warcry (i.e., CHARGE! I'm...err...right behind you!).
*or*
3. The party lampshades the "escape" of the neophytes in some way upon waking from rest (i.e., so that it's clear that this is not an oversight).
