How do I buy DLC in the store?

in Windows PC (Archive)
I looked in the store and see 4 DLC packs, but the "buy" button is greyed out. How do I actually use the store?

    If you're on the PC, all the DLC is already included.

    Thank you. It is bizarre that the "store" would even exist, or at least odd that it wouldn't mention this.

    In the future, some DLC may not be free. DLC will likely be available, but not until after BG2:EE ships.
