[Bug] BGEE Time Button GUI Bug

The time button seems to be hiding behind the GUI:

Latest 2014 version BGEE on Windows 8 - Clean Install No Mods.

This bug appears after doing a quick load (L Keyboard Shortcut). You can see the time tooltip appear after hovering your mouse pointer in the area shown in the screenshot above. This bug is located where the time button appears when you hide the left GUI panel. This creates issues for GUI mods that are using custom textures.
