Buying Characters

I didn't see this already posted so hopefully I'm not duplicating. In the store the buy button for the characters is greyed out and can't be clicked. Is this for a later release?

    The characters are already in the game if you have the PC or Mac version. You purchase them on the iPad (where the core game in half the price, so in the end it adds up to the same $20).

    Most of the games on the mobile mediums are a lot cheaper than the $20 BG:EE retails for. So they broke up ther offering so it was priced more competititvely.
