Does the "luck" spell affect wild mage rolls?

It should, but I have the feeling it doesn't. Can anyone confirm or deny?

    I haven't seen it written anywhere that the Luck spell affects wild mage rolls. It would certainly be reasonable if it did. Say, an additional +5 on the wild surge table. (That's like a +1 on a 1D20. D&D tends to do progressions in 5% increments).

    It should, but I wouldnt be surprised if it didnt. If not, that could qualify as a bug, though I would expect one easily solved.
