Dual weapon/two handed weapon quick change button

As it is now, its not possible to put equip for example short sword and shield and a two handed weapon or a dual weapon. Whenever you wish to change you have to go into the PC menu and change it. Is it possible to make it so that in the quick bar menu it is possible to quick change between dual wielding and bow wielding?
