EE Keeper question

I'm pretty new to this whole modding BG thing, and I recently got EE Keeper working. I'm having fun and all, but as far as I can tell it doesn't work for The Black Pits save games. Am I missing something or is it not possible to edit Black Pits saves?

    You can edit it if you move the save from bpsave to save in your Documents folder. open them up there, make any changes, and then move the resulting save back.
