Revive Nashkel Carnival After Mines

Seeing as this is so early in the game I don't think it's much of a spoiler. Anyway, when you first visit the Nashkel Carnival it's very quiet, most people are scared away or preoccupied with the issues in the Nashkel mines, similar sentiments are shared by the commoners in Nashkel. The problem is that even once the mines are cleared, nothing really changes in the Carnival, making it something of a pointless area (beyond one or two small quests). It remains as dreary and lifeless as before.

It would be substantially add to the immersion and indeed the consistency of the game if this place was livened up, so it isn't so drab and dreary even after the mines are cleared. There was a seperate request for an arena/tournament area, this would be excellent time and place to implement it.

    Well actually make a carnival when the quest is done, would make great sence.
