Force or Speed Up Banter

Hi, I remember in vanilla BG1, I think it was CTRL+I that force triggered npc banter. I see by looking at http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/8317/how-to-manually-customize-your-game that this is no longer the case. Is there any way to do this in EE, or any way to make the banters more frequent?

I would love to have more banter in BG:EE
so far the new NPCs are the only chatty ones
Does anyone know if the BG1 NPC Project works with BG:EE?

ctrl-t in debug mode speeds up time by 1 hour - this can be helpful for speeding up into dialogues.

I ctrl-t when half my guys are running around scared and there is no possibility of them dying or engaging anyone in order to regain control of them (scare wears off).

I also lay into ctrl-t to "come back in a ten day" for ankheg platemail without leaving the shop. The whole come back in a ten day just seems arbitrary especially with BG2 standard of 1 day forging of magical items.

@smeagolheart In BG:EE, he tells you to come back in three days. One day if you pay extra to have it done faster. :)

    It still works for me.

Ah, it works for me, too. I'm not sure why it didn't seem to the first time i tried. My new question is: CTRL+I never seems to trigger conflict banters (i.e. Montaron and Xzar bickering/fighting with Khalid and Jaheira) - does anyone know why this is?

Also, does anyone know how often banters are generally supposed to trigger? Is it based on real time or game time?

I got several special banters to trigger that way - Harpers vs Zhents, Edwin vs Dynaheir (not the fight), Alora to Edwin. It just takes a lot CRTL+I-ing to get there.

It works, it just doesn't always work. When I was going through to see all the arguments, I would have to hit it a bunch of times to get them to trigger. They also don't pop immediately, so you have to Ctrl + I then wait a few seconds to see if it worked.

And, yes, the breaks/fights trigger, too. I went through and watched them all :)
