Kagain Keeps Demanding To Join In Nashkel

Expected Behavior: Kagain stays in Nashkel and stops demanding to join my group.
Current Behavior: Kagain keeps demanding to join my party and chases me when I refuse him.

    Sure sounds like a bug to me. I've dropped him many times, and that never happened. I think he really doesn't like Nashkel.

    He would not let me go. . . So, I had the group kill Kagain. I took no blows to my reputation. . . so I think I can just shrug this off and pretend it never happened, But I hope this bug will be taken care of soon. lol. I made an extra save so I could continue the game and still leave an option open for Kagain's life to be spared. ;)

    No. I basically just used him to fill a party slot before getting to Nashkel.

    My recollection is that Kagain just takes you north of Nashkell to check whether the caravans are getting through. After seeing one or two wrecks he pretty much tells you that he doesn't have to look any further.
    His quest seems to be very minor. Am I missing something about it?
