Import Flaws Undermine whole game!

IF You want more of my money fix this! Then i will buy BG2.EE.
Game mechanics make unnecessary and destructive adjustments to characters hit points upon import. Completely undermines duel classed fighter-Mage. Game unnecessarily sends you to main screen after beating final boss. This is pointless considering you can still import your character before this point. What if you have unfinished business are you to load your previous save and then climb all the way out of the maze, then come all the way back down just to beat this one quest. Why not have elminster show up and offer to teleport you to Balders gate, and leave the game like that. Hey why not just leave you to your own imagination and let me decide when i am done playing then move on? It is my time i am putting into the game.
The implication that these problems have for the game and the developers attitude towards playability says a lot about the level of thought that went into this supposed remake. I love this game and am decidedly disappointed. I think i will just play my old copy of bg2 and not pay 20$ If i cant play back to back then why bother at all?!
