Custom Soundsets - a little help, please?

So I put together a custom soundset with the goal of making a valid one for a bard who's... not entirely rooted in reality, but more with it than Xzar is.

The problem I'm having is that I went by the sound mapping guide in http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/11756/welcome-to-fan-creations-here-are-some-tips - which is a carbon copy of what's in the sounds directory - but if you load the soundset you'll see that the sounds aren't quite mapped properly.

So, two things.

1) What is the 'correct' mapping for the sounds?
2) Can anybody tell me how I can improve this soundset?
