    What I know is that the italian version of bgee manuals is not planned.
    I remember that a french version should be available in the "manual" or "document" folder when you install the game (but i never checked if it's true).
    I don't know anything about other languages.

    A German version of the manual exists, it came/comes with German BG vanilla versions. I don't know whether Beamdog has the rights to use it, though.

    There is indeed a French version, but it is not updated yet, it's the release version. It will be updated... someday... most certainly this year ^^
