Do paladins get to put three stars....

Do paladins get to put three stars in two weapon style proficiency, thereby mastering it...or is that just the ranger? I am making a party and eventually would like to use two bastard swords when BG2EE comes out. This is a simple question with a simple answer I forgot. Thanks for the help.

Paladins can place a 3rd point in Two Weapon Style... However, at level one you can only have 2 in any profiency, you will need to wait a few levels to gain a profiency point.
