Wizard Slayer - allow use of divinely enchanted items

This is probably more of a mod request, but I feel it is a justified revision however it makes its way into the game:

I think the clear consensus in the community is that although the Wizard Slayer is a great concept, in practice it is a severely gimped kit. We will leave aside for now the problem that a WS's 10% cumulative spell failure on hit isn't actually useful--or so most players seem to report, whereas a small minority contend that it is.

Instead I want to address the issue of Wizard Slayers being restricted from use of magical items. The kit opposes the use of arcane magic, and that's fine. But logically speaking, they should have no issue with divine magic that I can see. And if so, why would they not use divinely enchanted items?

Soooo... about half of the magical items in the game could have modified descriptions to indicate that they were enchanted by priests. The user restrictions would then be modified for these items to allow the WS to use them.

Heck, even if the number of magic items to be modified as such isn't around half, it could be a third. Or a quarter. A fifth. Something.
