Neera bug-Feldepost inn chapter 3

Alright so I on two different paladin's have had issues with Neera at the same spot. After defeating tranzig and going either near her or outside feldepost inn she tries to intiate dialogue and it pops up with nothing at first I click and it shows my name no text hit continue goes back to nothing making playing the game with her impossible. Have gotten this on two different games I've tried playing. Any help would be appreciated uploaded a screenshot of what happens took with my phone so forgive the quality.
