Where to put Override folder?

Hi, I wanted to raise xp cap in my game and found this mod (http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/14188/mod-xp-cap-raiser) to do it - the thing I am trying to figure out is this - where do I actually need to create the Override folder? I've tried in Resources folder and in Game Data\00777 folder, but to no effect.

If this mod doesn't work on mac installs, is there any other that could raise xp cap?
