wizard slayer9/mage12 can't use vecna BUT can use other robes

    What is the reason for making a wizard slayer to mage? Mages literally live on the various, numerous, powerful magic items spread across Faerun. What kind of player would do such a combo? Make a berserker to mage, so you can wear ANYTHING you like!
