Is there an item list mod, preferably one supporting item spawning?

Basically, what I'm looking for is a mod that loops over the item database in BG:EE and gives a list of items. You can then use this item list to spawn any item in your inventory, already identified if it's magical. Is there a mod that can do this? if not, would such a mod be hard to make? it would appear to me like something that could be fun for people who have already finished the game multiple times and then find out about something they missed in a later chapter which only occurs with certain parameters, so they can get through the earlier part even faster to reach that point.

With EEKeeper, you can export a list of items into a .txt file.

Download that, open the Item Browser by pressing the "IB" button on the top and press the button "Export List" on the Item Browser window.
