DOWNLOADING BGEE

in New Players (NO SPOILERS!)
i'm trying to download/purchase BGEE. I click on the Windows pay for $19.99 it goes to the next screen, it shows the $19.99 with red x by it, the below it an option to purchase it. But it will not let me purchase it, also it ask for a coupon code I don't have a coupon. It never ask me for a Pay-Pal account or credit card. I have downloaded Beamdog and it says I have successfully downloaded it. I have tried to purchase the RPG BGEE through Beamdog that but still same thing.

I have the old Baldur's Gate disk and the Baldur's Gate II Shadow of Ahn disk.

Vista Home Premium - Service Pack 2

Computer System AMD Phemon 9500 Quadcore Processor 2.20 GHz

RAM--6.00 DDR2

64 BIT System

Display- PNY/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 1,024 RAM DDR3

If you can help me I would appreciate it very much

    Not sure if I'm allowed to post this, I'm sure it'll be deleted if necessary.

    You can buy the game from Amazon for $6.79 though. Note: it requires Steam client to download it.

    Send an email over to support@beamdog.com with your account information and I'll take a look.

    Make sure you're signed into your Beamdog account, too. That could be part of the problem.
