Powerwheel shortcut in BG:EE and BG2:EE

After I played BG2 and BG:EE, what bothers me that every time I have to select char,click F5 for mage-priest spells. Than select second char,click F5 for mage-priest spells and so on ...
Could someone make POWERWHEEL mod which enables you to pop up powerwheel whith spells with just a key?
I wish this will be main feature in BG2:EE.
Than gameplay would be much more faster and better.
