How do I change party member portraits?

They should be just the characters name and L/M/S (Like ImoenL, ImoenM, ImoenS)

Yes (or the override folder), and the NPC's name* plus L, M, or S, depending on the size.

*The following characters have prefixes that differ from their names:

Branwen : BRANWE
Dynaheir : DYNAHEI
Montaron : MONTAR
Shar:teel : SHARTEL
