Nahal dweomer wild magic and sequencers

Hey,
so i know that the bug of stacking two chaos shields in a sequencer has been corrected.
But do you know how things are working if you put one or more Nahal's reckless dweomer in a sequencer ?
- is the Nahal wild surge effect roll taking place when the sequencer is played, or when the spells it contains are cast ?
- if we combine in a sequence a chaos shield and a nahal, is the chaos shield effect applying first for the Nahal spell ?
- since Nahal is a 1st level spell, is it right we can cast a 8 th spell (for example) through a 4th level sequencer, which should only be able to contain 1st or 2nd level spells ?
-Last but not least, what are the craziest combinations of Nahal and sequencers you can think of or have already tried ? Just tell us

As @bbear said, spell immunity in sequencers has the same problem, so it doesn't seem to be related to the spells, but to the way the engine works.
Ohh and it ended up casting the spell trigger likely using its regular cast time (it was not cast quickly).
