but if i could kill 1 glabrezu and run that would help a little hmm
casting time 9
damage vs outer planetars and demons 6d10 looks ok
damage on monster 40
when single hit from cleric is 26dmg/4 apr
I haven't looked at the video, but from your description it sounds like you may just be too low level. You can try hit-and-run of course, that should do the trick; I personally don't really like such tactics, at least when they involve zone boundaries impassable to mobs.
Generally I found that in big, chaotic fights like these, micro management is exceedingly important. For example, you can bait spells like Meteor Swarm and Unholy Blight with a character that runs e.g. into a corner to have them dropped there, avoiding splash damage onto the rest of your party. Meteor Swarm is a very annoying spell though, and can be tough to deal with...
Is that your Wizard Slayer party, by the way? Can you interrupt demons if they have SCSII scripted (+instant?) spells?
I would concentrate on the red demon, the drow or succbus first since they like to cast charm/domination/fear/hold on party.
Liberally use the rod of resurrection (full heal before someone dies.)
is it cheese?

I did have a wholly player made party who were all pretty powergamey, so I didn't have to worry about the bad stats/classes that the NPC's have. That said, I had a mage/cleric, inquisitor and plain mage who are represented by regular NPCs (admittedly the mage was dualled from L7 fighter for extra hitpoints). I also had a monk, ranger/cleric and fighter/thief.
The main problems I had were fear, charm, fire damage and struggling to do enough melee damage. Also the main boss guy seemed to resummon glabrezu to replace any I killed. To counter the charm I had most of the party wear helms of charm protection, and they were wearing whatever fire resist items I had to try and mitigate the fire damage.
Tactics
After trying a LOT of different tactics, I finally (over 100 attempts) settled on the following:
As soon as I entered the room I would cast haste and remove fear while spreading out as much as possible (to minimise AE damage). As soon as the enemy put up their spell protections the inquisitor would dispel them (while making sure not to hit my party).
I had the best luck with rushing the main demon with my melee characters and trying to get him down as fast as possible. He's the one who does most of the nasty spellcasting. If I got some good hits on him I could usually down him in a few rounds (and hope he didn't instagib anyone). Once he was down the fight became considerably more manageable (tho still not easy).
My spellcasters spent a lot of their time running away from enemies, which was a fairly good distraction (the enemies can't catch a hasted character!). I tried to knock down enemy spell protections in between running away.
Melee characters were chugging the best health potions I had pretty much every round (you can drink a potion while still melee attacking).
I used most of the charges from a rod of resurrection. Mainly using it as an instant full heal rather than actually ressurecting (tho sometimes that was necessary too). Main problem with resurrections is that you can't reequip armor mid fight, so everyone besides the monk was very squish post rez.
