Megatokyo cameo

So if you have ever read the webcomic/manga "Megatokyo" (which you should) then you know that one character, Largo, has a major affinity for Bioware games, including Baldur's Gate. I've read that Bioware actually put him in BG:2 as some minor npc. Well I can't find him. Has anyone seen him? And if so, where?

    All this time and I did not know that. I'll need to take Minsc there sometime so they can swap Boo stories.
