I was trying to install dungeon-be-gone on BG2, but now there is no text in game.

I moved the Dialog.tlk file, but I put it back into the same folder it was in. Before it was just in the directory with all the things like Baldur.exe and Baldur.icon. I put it back in there but the text was still gone. I installed my game directly to a USB drive, so maybe that affcts it? I dont know.

pls help.

Why were you moving the file in the first place? Shouldn't the mod installer just do everything for you, without need to tamper with the files?

Yes, you pretty much mentioned the problem in your first sentence I think :)

You shouldn't be moving the dialog.tlk with BG2, it's with BG:EE where it wants to in a different folder and with the mods designed to install with it still being at the base folder where you need to move it around.

Since I installed the game directly to a flash drive, it was acting strage and the mod wouldnt install in the proper place. But since it couldnt install in the proper place it couldnt locate Dialog.tlk, so I put them noth in a different folder altogether.

I would suggest to put the entire game somewhere else, then, patch it there and then move it to the flash drive. I'm pretty sure more than just the Dialog.tlk file is altered.

Yeah, I tried that but the game wouldnt even start then. I am reinstalling it to see if that works
